Dear Sir;
We were given this puzzle for Christmas and finally put it together this week. We are missing one piece and have one duplicate piece. If you start at the top left corner and count 10 pieces along the top then 13 down, this piece is missing. If you start at the top left and count 11 pieces along the top and then down 13 pieces, there are two of this piece.
Also, the pieces fit together so poorly that it was difficult to keep the scenes/edges together as we built the puzzle.
We have built several Ravensburger puzzles and enjoyed the experience so we hesitate to complain but it would be nice to have all the pieces for the next time someone builds this puzzle. If you would like us to mail you the duplicate we have, we'd be happy to do so.
Thank you
Jim Dillon

Thanks for contacting me. I'll post this first and start looking into the manufacturer.
Missing pieces are a very annoying problem. My first point of contact is the store that sold the puzzle who should be experienced in dealing with the manufacturer. However that may be difficult as this is a Christams gift.
If the store cannot help, contacting Ravensburger and asking them for help may work. This page http://www.ravensburger.com/uk/about-ravensburger/company/locations-and-contacts/index.html on their website gives contact details. Depending on where you live you can work through the site to their missing pieces e-mail form. For example customers in USA can use http://www.ravensburger.com/us/start/customer-service/replacement-parts/index.html
There is a puzzle doctor (they make the missing piece for you at a cost) who can help but it would seem better to give the store and Ravensburger a chance to resolve the missing piece first.
I hope you get that missing piece soon.
