Kids Names by: David
I think the ones you describe would be very hard to find outside of a one off crafted puzzle. Depending on where yu live there are lots of great puzzle makers. If you are in uk you may be happy to consider the animal phonic type at Alljigsawpuzzles

Monkeypuzzle names by: Carol Leith
Dear Geoff Dixon
I was so pleased to read that you bought Monkeypuzzle names for your children. Unfortunately these are no longer in production. Monkeypuzzles are now collected by many people who love the designs and appreciate the craftsmanship. Each puzzle was hand-cut and there are no two alike which adds to their value. So sorry to disappoint you. I only have my own collection and all the original artwork.
Best wishes carol Leith (Monkeypuzzle Designer.)

MonkeyPuzzles by: jan gardner moore
Hi, MonkeyPuzzles are no longer produced, unfortunately. I have several that I have gotten over the years and use Ebay to look for more. Sometimes I get lucky but haven't recently. I'd love to find a new one if anyone is willing to sell- jangardnermoore@att.net.

Thank you by: Bill Isaacson
My wife and I are packing fragile items in our home for a move, and I am about to pack a limited edition of Sunday in the Park (with George). We have had this piece in our dining room for over 10 years and it has provided us (two sons also) much enjoyment. We bought it at the MOMA gift shop many years ago where I found it under a table and my wife and I thought it was remarkable.
With a bit of sentimentality, I have paused to look up what happened to the artist and monkeypuzzles because we have never seen another, and I thereby found this note from Carol Leith on the web. We wish you well and hope that your work endures.

From Caro Leith Monkeypuzzle by: Anonymous
My Name is Carol Leith I am the founder of Monkeypuzzle. I started the company in 1976 and designed a wide range of freestanding sculptural jigsaw puzzles. the larger more complicated designs were commissions from galleries and produced as limited editions. I have a private collection of all my designs and all the original drawings. I do not have a website as I now work in my studio in Devon England and am a little reclusive. Monkeypuzzle was dissolved some years ago when others plagiarized my designs. would love to hear from people who have now started to collect my work and see it for the Art it is.
If you would like more information please feel free to email me carolsundip@hotmail.co.uk

monkey puzzles by: jgmoore
I was happy to see the interest in Monkey Puzzles- I got my first one on my honeymoon- 23 years ago. I have been trying to find out about Carol Leith for a long time now. Every once in a while a puzzle with show up on E-bay. The earlier ones are much finer than the later ones. I have a feeling she handed the work over to others- for a while there were lots of small animals presented as greeting or birthday cards. The larger, more complicated ones are beautiful and I am always on the look-out.

I have one too! by: Marilyn
My puzzle is named "On the River." It is number 26/100. I have tried every avenue I could think of to find information on my puzzle, all to no avail. I recently had a beautiful case custom made to display my puzzle as it is truly a piece of art!
If you have found out anything, please let me know! It is a beautiful piece and I feel so fortunate to have it!
